Head Administrators

Human Resources Administrator

They perform the same functions as the helpers in their own specific 小组. However, they are empowered with greater authority and they manage and oversee the helpers in that 小组. If you want to file a complaint about a helper's work, you should send it to the Administrator of their helper 小组 via PM.

Managers

They perform the same functions as the helpers in their own specific 团队. However, they are only empowered with greater authority within their specific 团队 in that helper 职务. Their job is mainly to assist the admins on the various 团队 in the 职务 but they are still working under the administrators of that 职务.
