Introduction

It isn't the 伤害 that actually counts, but actually securing that last hit. What can we gain from this?

  • Shooting at the heaviest 坦克 on the field isn't a good idea. Why 射击 at a 猛犸象 when you can 射击 at the fragile 黄蜂轻甲 and 蜂王? Just statistically, it is more likely that you will get a kill from shooting a weaker 坦克.
  • Freshly spawned 坦克 will have full health. Why waste your shots at it, when you can be shooting an already weakened 坦克?
  • Especially with 高伤害 weapons, such as 雷暴炮 or 激光炮, you can often predict how many shots you need to finish off an enemy. So, often it is useful to bide your time and wait for an enemy 坦克 to take a couple of hits before 射击. For example, as a 激光炮 user, you might want to wait for an enemy 蜂王 to take a 雷暴炮/轰天炮 hit, or a couple of 火龙珠 plasma 球, before 射击 your shot to secure the kill. This will be examined in detail a bit later.
  • The distribution of the 奖励 also raises another key point. You want to prevent any one 坦克 from securing too many kills - you want all 红队 to have a similar, 低分数, rather than one 坦克 to have a very 高分数. This would reduce your share of the 奖励. Thus, when choosing who to 射击 at, you might want to hit the 坦克 higher up on the leaderboard. Weakening them should improve your 水晶奖励.

When to 射击

As aforementioned, the timing of your shot is important, since you want to be the one who fires the finishing shot. It is therefore extremely useful to know how many shots it takes to finish of an enemy, with both the weapon that you have and the 其他 weapons.

For example, there are two 维京/雷暴炮坦克 shooting it out against each 其他, and you are a third 维京/雷暴炮 overlooking them. Shooting straight away wouldn't gain you anything, since you wouldn't get the kill! Since 雷暴炮 does 80 伤害 per shot, and 维京 has 300 HP, you want to fire the fourth shot, as this would be the finishing shot. Waiting for them to fire of three each before shooting your shot would secure you not just one but probably two kills. While waiting, your shots can also be used against 其他坦克.

  • As a last pointer, making too many 蓝队 may leave you with too few 选项 to 射击 at. So, don't make too many!
