管理及其助手的职责

小组	Responsibilities
Community Managers	They are responsible for EN Community. They make sure that 公告 are submitted at the right time, take care of helper 团队, always 通行证 feedback from 玩家 to developers and so on.
Developers	They are in charge of developing the game, their tasks are to plan, design, fix, change, and produce 未来世界 updates focusing on improving the game project. Developers don't take part in moderation.
Technical Support	Also known as 帮助@tankionline.com. They deal with 账号 thefts, 禁止 and unblocks, mistakes in payments, items that disappeared from 车库. Technical support takes part in moderation of the project.
Head Administrators	They are involved in running the community. They 帮助 the management with various tasks, be it scheduling 公告, checks, taking care of community helper 团队, and EN Community in 上将.
Administrators	They perform the same functions as the helpers in their own specific 小组. However, they are empowered with greater authority and they manage and oversee the helpers in that 小组.
Managers	Managers perform 特殊 tasks that do not require administrating 其他 helpers. These individuals manage specific non-helper 小组 and/or take on 特殊职务 that are required to keep specific parts of the community running. These 职务 are not listed as official helper 职务 but are 职务 with greater 特殊 authority.
聊天 Moderators	They observe the 聊天, helping 玩家 in need while making sure nobody's breaking any rules and deal with 聊天 violations.
论坛 Moderators	They also 帮助玩家, but mainly focus on monitoring the game 论坛 to make sure there are no irrelevant posts/topics and violations of the rules.
战斗 Moderators	They monitor the 战斗 to make sure nobody's breaking any rules and deal with 战斗 violations.
eSports Helpers	They work on all official eSports 活动, including 锦标赛 related to 军团.
Wiki Editors	They keep the Wiki up-to-date and packed with the latest changes, gameplay advice, game history and video guides.
Social Media Moderators	Social media moderators are responsible for everything related to the official social media pages of 3D坦克. They answer questions, both in the comments and in the Personal Messages. They are also responsible for banning violators and helping community managers connect with 坦克手们 on social media.
Content Helpers	Content Helpers is a big 小组 of many smaller helper 小组, who are responsible of various tasks from translating to video editing. Read themain articlefor more information.
