Purchasing items in the 商店

There are several ways to purchase things in the商店. For more information on each, look at the sections below.

Using 坦克币
  1. From your 大厅 screen, click on the 商店 button on the 账号 Panel (the bar where you can see your 等级, 水晶, etc.)

  2. Scroll down to see offers - not all items can be purchased using 坦克币. Exceptions are 礼包, vip 账号 and 坦克币 themselves. Make sure you have enough 坦克币 to purchase something before you try. There is a 坦克币 section in the 商店 where you can 购买坦克币 for real money.


  3. Choose an item and click on the green CONFIRM [N] button


  4. If you have enough 奖励 and everything goes correctly, you should get a screen such as down below. The 坦克币 used in the purchase will also be subtracted from your total 坦克币 balance.


Purchasing via Paypal
  1. Go to the 商店 and reach the payment page by selecting any package you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the PayPal button


  3. Click on the «充值购买» button.


    (You’ll be redirected to Paypal’s Payment page)
  4. Log in into your PayPal 账号
    1. Enter your details
    2. Click ‘Continue’
    3. If you don’t have an 账号, sign up and link a credit card to your 账号


    4. If there are any 其他, additional steps, just 关注 them, pressing ‘Next’/’Confirm’, or similar
  5. If you did everything correctly, the goods you bought should appear in your 账号 soon (a delay of up to 24 hours is possible for the first PayPal purchase on an 账号), once this happens, you will see this window:


Purchasing via Credit Card
  1. Go to the 商店 and reach the payment page by selecting any package you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the Credit Card button.


  3. Click on the «充值购买» button.


  4. Enter your card’s number, expiration date, cardholder name and CVV2/CVC2 code.
  5. Click “购买” to confirm the payment.


If there are any 其他, additional steps, just 关注 them, pressing ‘Next’/’Confirm’, or similar. If you did everything correctly, the goods you bought should appear in your 账号 soon, once this happens, you will see this window:


Purchasing via Paysafecard
  1. Go to the 商店 and reach the payment page by selecting any package you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on "PaysafeCard"
  3. Click on the «充值购买» button.


  4. From there, it should redirect to the Paysafecard's official website.
    1. Fill out the necessary information
    2. Click "Pay" to confirm the payment


Your purchased goods should shortly arrive in-game and you'll receive a screen like the one below:



Please note: PaySafe is not available in every country 商店. There is no PaySafe option in USA.

Purchasing via Giftcards
  1. Go to the 商店 and reach the payment page by selecting any package you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the package and select the 礼物 cards option as shown below.


  3. You will be redirected to the page shown below on your browser.

    Click on the "Select your brand" dropdown menu and select the brand of the 礼物 card you have. To check what brand of 礼物 cards accepted, clickhere.
  4. Enter the card number and the card pin in the 宇宙 provided.


  5. Check your balance and if you have enough continue to the next step. But remember thateach 礼物 card can be used only ONCE!


If everything went smoothly, you should receive your items as such:


Purchasing via Openbucks
  1. Go to the 商店 and reach the payment page by selecting any package you wish to purchase.
  2. Click on the CVS, Dollar 上将, or Obucks button depending on the type of 礼物 card you have.
  3. Click on the «充值购买» button.
  4. Enter your 礼物 card’s number and its PIN. Check the 箱子 confirming you have read and agreed to the mentioned terms of use. Click on the «Pay» button.

If you have completed the steps correctly, the purchased items should appear on your 账号 soon.

In case you do not see such payment 选项 or you have any problems completing the payment, please make sure that you have «USA» as 您的位置 in the 设置 of your 账号, and you do not use any VPN service while completing the payment.

Purchasing from the Mobile App

Note: TO Mobile is currently only available on Android.

Purchasing in TO Mobile
  1. Go to the 商店 by tapping the icon shown in the screenshot below.
  2. Scroll down and choose the item you want to purchase. Here a small 水晶 package is taken as an example.
  3. After selecting the item, a GooglePlay confirmation tab should pop up at the bottom of your screen. Link a payment option to your GooglePlay 账号 if you have not already. #If you have, move to the next step.
  4. If you already had a payment method linked to your GooglePlay 账号, it should directly open this pop up.
  5. By pressing the 1-TAP 购买 icon, your transaction will take place. You'll receive the items purchase while the price will be deducted form your GooglePlay 账号.
  6. If the transaction was successful, the pop up should change to one matching the shown below.

Please note that the 商店 discounts system hasn't been applied yet to the Mobile Version. Items which should be on sale on the desktop version do not have the same effect on the Mobile version, so, the price will stay the same (original price). Do keep updated by following the 新闻 to know when this changes. Also, GooglePlay is the only payment method for the mobile version. Items can't be purchased otherwise.


Failed Payment Transactions

Here's what to do if you paid money but did not get the 水晶, vip 账号, or 金箱子道具.

Unfortunately, sometimes you pay for goods (水晶, vip 账号, 金箱子道具) but they do not appear in your 账号. This is often due to a result of problems with the payment providers. But don’t worry! You have not lost your money, in most cases, this problem can be resolved quickly.

Wait a few hours after making the payment before reporting the problem, because payments can take some time (especially if you pay using SMS).

If your 水晶 have still not appeared, just fill in thisformand submit.


Describe the problem in as much detail as you can, but as simply as possible. A better description will lead to faster processing of the problem.
