Beginning

TheEnglish Cybersport Channelstarted in April 2012 with one DJ, Snyper22. He streamed 每日 radio shows, lasting for around 4 hours, from 3 pm GMT to 7 pm GMT. They included music, contests with 水晶 prizes, and Snyper streaming 战斗 he was playing in. The shows were hugely popular. Snyper also streamed the first Cybersport tournament, the 3D坦克 World Cup, which started in May 2012 and went through to July 2012, on the Livestream channel. The Livestream channel was embedded into the 3D坦克 Cybersport section of the main page, and Livestream Procaster was used to do the streaming. The Cybersport 团队 was then expanded, and Cybersport switched to the new live stream and a new channel in August 2012. After this, it switched to another new channel in May 2013. Since it started expanding, Cybersport has streamed many 活动, and there have been many Cybersport Commentators, or “DJs” as they were more commonly known.

锦标赛

There have been many 活动 in Cybersport, and eight major 团队锦标赛. They are the 3D坦克 World Cup (WC), the English 军团 Championship (CC), Cybersport League Season 1 (CSL 1), Cybersport League Season 2 (CSL 2), Lucky 7 Season 1 (L7 1), Lucky 7 Season 2 (L7 2), the Winter Qualifying Tournament (WQT) and军团 Championship 8(CC8).

3D坦克 World Cup

The 3D坦克 World Cup was announced on May 10, 2012, and 团队 were able to sign up on the 14th of May. Each 团队 represented a country, and 22 countries took part. They were the USA, Jamaica, Canada, Saudi Arabia, India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Great Britain, Holland, Italy, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Moldova, and Russia. The competition was run on a last 团队 standing basis i.e. the last 团队 in the competition wins. Each country was given 5 “遗弃工厂” at the beginning, and each 遗弃工厂 'produced' 1 of the 5 道具 found in the 车库. For every 遗弃工厂 owned, each 团队 member got 10 of that 道具 at the start of each week. Any 玩家 from the 等级 of Warrant 军官 Three could take part. The prize for the winning 团队 was 100,000 水晶 (in the old economics, 1 million 水晶 now) and 2000 of each 道具.

The tournament was played in the following way:

Every Monday, each 团队 would 星级挑战 any 其他团队 and place a bet on a certain number of 遗弃工厂.
Each country could have a 最高 of 3 战斗 per week, meaning that it issued one 星级挑战 and could only be challenged by 2 其他 countries. All countries could only issue one 星级挑战 a week.
Each country was required to 星级挑战 and make a bet, and to accept all 星级挑战 without denial. The winner takes all (the whole bet).
During that particular week, all 团队 had to play their challengers before the next Monday.
For everyone's convenience, all matches were to be played at times agreed upon by the 团队队长.
Any country that was left without any 遗弃工厂 was automatically knocked out of the tournament.

Each 战斗 was played as 关注:

60 min, meaning 30 min on one side and 30 min on the 其他. The 队长 create 35 min 战斗 to 允许 5 min preparation.

The tournament took place over 10 weeks and was jointly won by India and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The final 战斗 between these 2 countries never took place due to technical issues (lags) and so the prize split between them.

The English 军团 Championship

The English 军团 Championship was announced on the 14th of August 2012 and was organized by Koolwalky and MizARee. 25 军团 signed up to participate. The list of 军团 that applied, rules and 战斗格式 for each round can be foundhere. The 地图 list and basic 格式 can be foundhere.

A Qualification round was then held to bring the number of participating 军团 down to 16.

The actual tournament began on September 17, and the qualifying 军团 were seeded into 小组.

The tournament was won by Dare Devils, with Georgian 军团十字军 coming in 2nd, and Try To Stop 3rd. The prizes, in old economics, were as 关注: 1st Prize - 150 000 水晶, 2nd Prize - 100 000 水晶, 3rd Price - 50 000 水晶. Here's a3D坦克 Newspaper articleby skitee explaining more about the tournament.

Cybersport League Season 1

*Winners of the CLS1 - 军团 "The Mighty Midgets"*

CSL 1 began on January 12, 2013, and 10 军团 participated. They were Sinister, The Mighty Midgets, WhiteRedSquad, Dutch Warriors, Dare Devils, Kings of Arab, Supreme League Killers, The 坦克 Breakers, Cobra's Poison, and FSA. It was played over 4 rounds and won by The Mighty Midgets, with Cobra's Poison coming in 2nd and WhiteRedSquad 3rd. Fixtures and results can be foundhere.

Cybersport League Season 2

CSL 2 was announced on March 9, 2013 and 军团 had to sign up by March 17. A total of 26 军团 applied; the list of these 军团 and basic rules and 格式 can be foundhere. Full rules can be foundhere.

The Tournament was run in a league fashion, with each 军团 playing 4 matches. Winning 军团 played against 其他 winning 军团 in the next round, and losing 军团 vs losing 军团. After the rounds of matches, tiebreakers were played to determine the top 10 places. CSL2 was won by Dare Devils, with Georgian 军团十字军 placing 2nd. WhiteRedSquad claimed 3rd place.

Lucky 7 Season 1

Lucky 7 was announced on 26th June 2013, and the main point of the tournament was for a 军团 to win 7 matches before the 其他. The winning 军团 received the Lucky 7 迷彩, which had 15% 防护 from all guns. 军团 were allowed 12 representatives.

The Shield of Fire came first, and its 12 members (MitaAdrian, Mr.Tronky, SKY.007, wronger, DX-Generation_MoD, Pura-Potenza-MMO, Turbobestia, SIifer, ProTank41, husto, XXX-Nordico-XXX and tankulo. 军团 RC (Reaper Crew) and GGC (Georgian 军团十字军) placed 2nd and 3rd respectively, and each member of the 军团 received 20,000 水晶 as a consolation prize. Lucky 7 Season 2

*Winners of the Lucky 7 S2 - 军团 "Noob Army"*

The second season of Lucky 7 was announced on 30th September 2013, and again the aim was to be the first 军团 to win 7 matches, but some new changes were enforced. The number of 军团 that could take part was unlimited, and the tournament layout was changed from round-robin to single elimination (if you lose a 战斗, your 军团 is out). The 军团 were divided into four 小组, and the best two from each 小组 would proceed into the play-offs. The 奖励 was the same — a 特殊迷彩 with 15% 防护 from all 炮塔 — however, there was an addition. The winning 军团 would receive 1,000,000 水晶 and 500 of each 道具 to divide between its members. The 2nd place received 800,000 水晶 and 400 of each 道具, and the third was awarded 700,000 水晶 and 300 of each 道具. On November 24th, the tournament ended with 军团 Noob Army placing first, 军团 Vengeance second and Cobras Dangerous third. Winter Qualifying Tournament

The Winter Qualifying Tournament was announced on 6th December 2013, and had two main purposes. 1) Since Cybersport 2.0 was being enforced, the results of the tournament would determine which of the English Community 军团 will be placed in Top League or League 2. 2) According to the tournament, 军团 who reached the green area in thetournament grid, and the Russian Top League, would take part in 军团 Championship 8. The prizes were: 1st place: 2 500 000; 2nd place: 1 700 000; 3rd place: 1 300 000; 4th place: 1 000 000; 5-8th place: 700 000; 9th-16th: 500 000. Again, these were divided among the 玩家.

Eighteen 军团 from the English community took part. The initial 战斗 took place on 16th December and went from the qualification stages to the 小组 stages and finally the playoffs. In the end, only Russian 军团 reached the finals. In 1st - 军团 CaS (Calm and 能力), in 2nd, Start-UP and in 3rd 军团 STEP by STEP. The English 军团 also fared well, with Noob Army in 7th, Cobras Dangerous in 8th, The 坦克 Breakers in 11th, Dare Devils in 12th and Arab Knights in 14th. Seeherefor the tournament information.

军团 Championship 8

军团 Championship 8was announced on 25th February 2014, and ran until 11th April. For the first time, the prizes included money! First place received $6 000, 10 000 000 水晶 and the Champion 迷彩; second received $2 000, 10 000 000 水晶 and the Silver 迷彩; third received $1 000, 6 000 000 水晶 and the Bronze 迷彩. Champion has 22% against all 炮塔; Silver has 25% 防护 against 轰天炮 and 雷暴炮, 30% against 离子炮 and 20% against 火龙珠 and 镭射炮. Bronze has 35% against 火龙珠 and 激光炮, and 40% against 离子炮. The finals took place on 11th April, 军团 Noobest vs 蝎子, and 3D坦克玩家 could choose one of two 迷彩 representing the 军团 they thought would win. Seeherefor reference. First Set of Blitz 锦标赛

Before Starladder

Blitz 锦标赛 started in the Fall of 2013 and ended in the Spring of 2014 just before Starladder was introduced. It was a 每周活动, for 军团 in the 3rd and 4th League, that usually took place on the weekend. 水晶 prizes were awarded.

During Starladder

In the summer of 2014, 3D坦克 signed a contract with Starladder. Once Starladder was introduced Blitz 锦标赛 were replaced with Ranking Cups, Weekend Cups and 每日 Cups.

每日 Ranking Cups allowed 玩家 in beginner 军团 to win 水晶 as well as earning ranking points to qualify for the league above. Each individual tournament took place on the same 地图 where the matches were played in 蜂王-激光炮格式 without any 防护. The top three 军团 of each cup were awarded a number of 水晶 depending on the number of participating 军团.

Weekend Cups took place on Saturdays where all the matches were played on the 地图 determined by the tournament name. Unlimited amounts of 军团 could join but the tournament was based on the process of single elimination. The 格式 of the matches was 蜂王 + Rail with no 防护. The top three 军团 receive 水晶 awards of 350 000, 200 000, 100 000 accordingly as well as $200 US for the winning 军团.

每日 cups took place from Wednesdays to Sundays where 玩家 with the 最低等级 of Major could participate when part of a 军团. Each 每日 Cup took place on the 地图 which was stated in the tournament title. Up to 32 军团 could take part, at a time, and the tournament was based on the process of single elimination. Restrictions on 底盘, 炮塔, and 迷彩 did not exist. Prizes for the top three 军团 consisted of 120 000, 60 000, and 30 000 水晶, accordingly.

Current Blitz 锦标赛

After two months of absence, Blitz was re-launched in February 2016. The 锦标赛 are mainly intended for 军团 ratings but also include 水晶奖励. Prizes for 经验值 / BP, Light, Medium, Hard (Economy); 1st place - 250 000 水晶; 2nd place - 150 000 水晶; 3rd place - 50 000 水晶. Hard (VIP), 异国情调: 1st place - 400 000; 2nd place - 250 000; 3rd place - 150 000 水晶; 4th place - 50 000 水晶. Registrations open 6 hours before the tournament starts and can be found in the Russian 论坛. 地图 and 格式 are chosen by eSports officials ahead of time.

Ranking System

Participating in the tournament will give 军团 a rating. Ratings will change when taking part in tournament matches but also from violations against the rules. Rating changes depend on these conditions:

For participating in the tournament = 1 point;
For winning the 1/4 final = 1 point;
For winning 1/2 final 2 points;
For 胜利 in the final = 3 points;
For third place win = 1 point;
For failure to appear or refusal to fight = -2 points (penalty);
For violations. The 军团 can be fined rating points at the decision of the organizers

军团 calculation, of rating points for winning a 战斗, is conducted according to the formula: R new = 3 * (2-10 (M1-M2) / 400 ) + 1, where M1 - is the ranking of the winning 军团, M2 - in the ranking of the opposite 军团.

Masters of the Swords

The first major tournament, after Starladder, opened its registrations on April 16, 2016. The tournament consisted of four categories: Solo, 串联, Trio and 军团. Each category was a separate tournament with impressive prizes.

The top 32 军团 in the Blitz ranking system had the 几率 to participate. The top 16 军团 were placed in the Major League while the remaining 军团 were separated and placed in the First League. Both leagues were further divided into 小组 of four for the first 小组 stage. In the 小组 stage, every 团队 got to play twice and by the end, the top 2 军团 moved on to the playoffs. The tournament was played in 蜂王 - 激光炮格式.

TOF Season 8

TOF (3D坦克 Fighting) was a series of 锦标赛 that can be described as "fighting without rules". TOF was a 普通 tournament that ran from 2010 to 2014 but was added back in Late May 2016. Season 8, of TOF, was held from July to October 2016. The tournament consisted of 5 categories: Dream 团队, Solo Classic, Solo 雷暴炮, Solo 火龙珠 and Solo 滑膛炮 - a few brand new categories.

TOF Dream 团队

The tournament allowed 玩家 with the 最低等级 of 准将 to participate as part of a 军团. TOF Dream 团队 was divided into two categories: Economy - without micro-升级, and VIP - with micro-升级. In both categories, the tournament included two stages: 小组 stage and playoffs. As for the 格式, any 底盘, 炮塔, 迷彩, 防御模块, 其他 than unique prize 防御模块, were allowed. Prizes included 水晶, XT items,Acid, and Spectrum M-B.

Kampf de Sterne

Kampf der Sterne (战斗 of Stars) is the biggest German tournament. The tournament is based on "Best of 4" method, where the 军团 play 4 rounds (If a 军团 leads 2:0 or 3:0 after the third round, the fourth round can be skipped.), the 军团 that wins more rounds wins the match. Every 团队 had to register at least 5 玩家 and could contain up to 8 玩家. The 队长 of each 团队 had to be a part of the German community in order to take part in the tournament.

The tournament opened registrations on March 30th, 2017. The tournament consisted of four categories: Solo, 串联, Trio and 军团. Each category was a separate tournament with similar, yet different, prizes as the previous Masters of the Sword 活动.

Domination Series: Season II

Domination Series is a tournament based on 5 different 格式: 暴击, New Light, Classic, Medium and Hard. These 格式 are usually well-known by the eSports 玩家, but in Domination Series only the names were the same, the 设置 were completely different. The tournament was open for every 玩家, 军团 page nor a 军团 at all were necessary. The first 64 团队 to register were in the tournament. Every 团队 contained up to 12 玩家.

The tournament was split into two parts:

小组 stage: where 64 团队 were distributed into 8 小组 with 8 团队 per 小组. After the match, each 军团 got points (for a win, a 军团 would receive 3 points; for a 平局, 1 point; and finally, for a loss, 0).

A few months after the release of the "宇宙模式", the English eSports Organizers came up with a new tournament called "Duet Masters: Zero 铁塔". The tournament was played on the famous 经验值/BP 格式. But for the first time ever, in 宇宙模式! Each 团队上尉 could register up to three 玩家 (including him).

The tournament was split into two stages;

First Stage: Olympic System — a loser of each match is immediately eliminated from the tournament;

In order to 帮助 new 军团 grow, fill the Second and Top leagues and to prepare for the International Championship, the English and the German eSports Organizers, together with the unofficial organization, 3D坦克 Star League (TOSL) have launched the Ranking Cups. TOF 串联 was a little bit different than TOF Solo. Unlike TOF Solo, where everybody could register up and play in the tournament, in TOF 串联 was only for 玩家 who were inside one of the TOP-16 leading 军团 by the Russian Blitz rating. But the most 特殊 thing about this tournament is: Winner of each match wasn't decided by the 团队 to win more matches, as usual. The winning 团队 was the 团队 to capture more 旗子 in sum.

军团 Championship X was the most important tournament of the year, where only the TOP-16 军团 from the Russian Blitz rating could participate. This was the tournament where the 军团 fought for the most expensive eSports 迷彩 in the game; Champion, Silver, and Bronze. The winning 军团 received the title of the "Best eSports 军团"!

军团 Championship X progression:

小组 stage: In the 小组 stage, 军团 will be split up into 4 小组 (A, B, C, D) with no more than 4 军团 in each 小组. 军团 in 小组 will be sorted by earned points (for a win a 军团 will receive 3 points, for a 平局 1 point, for a loss – 0). TOF Lord of the Points 2018

TOF Lord of the Points 2018 was announced on January 12th. This was the second time that TOF Lord of the Points was held in the Russian community. This tournament was for 玩家 who love the 控制点格式. The whole tournament was based on 控制点格式. In order to register, being in a 军团 was not necessary.

There were 2 categories in the tournament:

Economy: Without micro 升级
VIP: With micro 升级

Besides the difference in the 战斗设置, the VIP category offered a bigger amount of 水晶 as a prize.

TOF Lord of the Points Progress:

First & Second stages: The 团队 were split up into 小组 (according to the number of 团队 that passed the registration phase) with no more than 5-6 团队 in each 小组. By decision of the organizers, a preparatory round among the 团队 which registered last can be conducted. The winners of the round were allowed to play in the tournament. The ranking of the 团队 in the 小组 will be determined by the number of points each 团队 got (for a win a 团队 will receive 3 points, for a 平局 1 point, for a loss – 0). The 团队 who finished 1-4 place in their 小组, were allowed to participate in the second 小组 stage. The 团队 who finished 1-2 place in the Economy category and 1-4 place in the VIP category in their 小组, participated in the play-off stage.

The tournament opened registrations on March 8th, 2018. The tournament consisted of four categories: Solo, 串联, Trio and 军团. Each category was a separate tournament with similar, yet different, prizes as the previous Masters of the Sword 活动.

军团 category is the biggest category, with the biggest prizes and the best 玩家 in the game! This category had 2 sub categories in it: First league - the top 16 军团 according to the Russian Blitz received an invitation to the tournament.

The category split into 2 stages:

小组 Stage: 军团 were split up into 4 小组 with no more than 4 军团 in each 小组. During the 小组 stage, each 军团 played twice against 其他军团 from the 小组. After the match, each 军团 got points (for a win a 军团 received 3 points, for a 平局 1 point, for a loss – 0).

Play-off stage: The 军团 who finished 1-2 place in their 小组 in the First League and the Second league participated in the play-off stage. International Championship tournament (2018)

The International Championship was an exclusive tournament for the members of the EN, DE & PL community. The main goal of this tournament was to 帮助 the 军团 from those community to grow and improve. 军团 from the Russian community weren't allowed to participate.

Domination Series III

The third edition of Domination Series was released on the 8th of July, 2018. As same as last year, the unique 格式 were back! But unlike previous editions, the main prize wasn't Acid but Star! To register, the 军团 page wasn't necessary, 玩家 had to make a one-time 团队 (12 玩家 each 团队) and register on the 特殊 topic.

The tournament was split into 2 parts
