Before getting too far into things, it's good to make sure you know your way around the game. If you've been playing for a while, you can probably skip this section. All of this information can be found in more detail on theHow to startpage, but here's a quick look:

The game has five main areas:

  • The大厅, which is the "home" screen of the game and has buttons to navigate around.
  • 战斗, which are usually joined by pressing the large "Play" button, after pressing this button, you will be able to select the 战斗模式 you would like to play in.

  • The车库, where you can 购买 and 升级 equipment (炮塔,底盘,无人机和防御模块, and also where you can customize the cosmetics of your 坦克.
  • The任务tab, which tracks your progress on 每日任务 (an important source of 水晶, 道具, and progress in the 星级挑战),星级挑战, which are a biweekly tiered system that can earn you some awesome 奖励, and 特殊任务, which can get you some extra bonuses for completing tasks during 特殊活动.
  • The商店, where you can 购买 items for real money.


Now that you know the basics, lets get into what you need to know for success:

How to have enough 水晶 to 购买 good equipment

It's no wonder many people face shortages of 水晶 many times in their careers. Some drain their count while purchasing a "temporary-fix" combo in the 低等级 while 其他 knot up their progress in 高等级 such as 元帅 by spending all the 水晶 on useless micro-升级, 道具, and so on. Still 其他 face the issue of having many pieces of weak equipment instead of a few strong ones. Let's take a look at some alternative ways and strategies one can use to quickly gather 水晶 and be on their way to a more powerful 车库.

Specialization and the dangers of too much stuff

This is perhaps the most complex and urgent issue.

Without looking into this, many end their military career in 3D坦克 almost without starting it. The 原因 for this is usually a lack of 水晶 and the inability to 购买 the next desired 升级.

Luckily, there are many ways to avoid getting stuck in this situation:

When you start to play, find your favorite play style, and choose a couple (or just one) 底盘 and 炮塔 that fit that style. Only spend your 水晶 on upgrading your chosen specialized equipment.
    • By the time you get to Mk3 等级, you should ideally by using no more than one 底盘 in each category (light, medium, heavy), and only one or two favorite 炮塔. This way, you get a couple of powerful 底盘/炮塔 combinations and will be able to fight on equal terms even with 玩家 who invest real money in the game.
    • The fewer combos you use and and the earlier you specialize, the more powerful your 坦克 will be.
    • Once you reach the highest 等级 and mostly max out your chosen equipment, you can then safely broaden your 水晶 spending to more varied equipment.

A side note:防御模块, which protect your 坦克 from certain kinds of enemy 伤害, are important, but not as important as your 底盘, 炮塔, and 无人机. A good strategy is to get Mk2 防御模块 (which are very cheap) and then only 升级 them further once the 其他 parts of your 坦克 are upgraded very solidly.


Earning More 水晶

The most efficient way to earn the 水晶 and 道具 you need to be successful is to play 匹配战斗 to complete your每日任务. These will give you 奖励 directly and 帮助 you complete the 星级挑战.

Spending 水晶 Wisely

Here are some simple tips to 帮助 you use your hard-earned 水晶 more wisely:

  • As discussed above, don't 购买 too many 底盘 or 炮塔!
  • 购买 and 升级 the布鲁特斯无人机 right away. It's very important for making your 道具 more powerful, and it is ten times cheaper than the more expensive and powerful 无人机.
  • Don't 购买道具 for 水晶! You'll earn plenty later on from 任务, and its better to spend your 水晶 on permanent 升级.
  • 购买 expensive 升级 such as new modifications of equipment or 高-等级 micro 升级 on a discount (check the homepage for sale 公告!)
  • Don't 购买迷彩 or 装备改造 directly in most cases - they can be expensive, and you'll eventually get them for 免费 from the幸运礼盒you earn and open.

Using 道具

The main thing that will let you use your 道具 more effectively, interestingly, is knowing when not to use them:

  • Activate 护甲提升 when you're about to take 伤害, and not early, to avoid wasting precious seconds.
  • Similarly, wait to activate 伤害提升 until 红队 are within your reach
  • Sometimes, it's beneficial to wait to activate a 维修工具 until you're behind cover since taking any 伤害 during the effect will stop the 治疗.
  • Don't 掉落地雷 willy-nilly: place them strategically when you're being followed or in 高-traffic areas.
  • Use 速度提升 when you need to travel, but be mindful that on long trips such as the there-and-back trip of capturing a 旗子, it might be best to go without a 速度提升 as long as you can, and then activate it to get away once you're in a dangerous situation.
